![]() I do not recommend this bank II had an account with them I received a check Eck for payment I use the mobile app to deposit it the check was put into my account placed on hold a few days later the check Didn't clear and was reversed reversed there was no funds ever made available from this check. I expected much better from a major banking service. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the level of service I received. Just transfer me to someone who can actually help correct the issue quickly and not waste everyone's time. I don't understand why the run-around and misinformation from multiple agents. I call back and speak to another agent who tells me that they still see the *****% interest rate and that the promo would begin on October 1st, 2022, which is also inaccurate because the email I received states that it should start September 1st, 2022. They asked me a million questions, including when I received the email, when I clicked 'activate', and what the start date is for the promo rate, and after confirming that I've followed process correctly, they said they would connect me to a specialist, then they hung up. One person took 15 minutes to review my account, then said that the interest rate still shows 24% (which isn't accurate it's *****% currently). I've talked with multiple different agents and have received conflicting information each time. As I'm about to use my Capital One card for a big purchase, I decide to call in and make sure that the 0% interest rate is in place beforehand. I never received another email to confirm. (They've done this before and it's wonderful to take advantage of around the holidays.) I clicked the green 'activate' button and it looked like everything went through fine. ![]() I received a promo via email offering 0% APR for 9 months. I've been a Capital One customer for a few years now and have never had poor customer service until recently.
